By using bjjeveryday.com or subscribing to BJJ Everyday, you agree to these terms. The newsletter is free instructional content from Justin Melia.
Training risk
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu involves injury risk. Techniques here are for education. Train under a qualified instructor, tap early, and follow your academy's rules — especially for leg locks and kids classes. We are not your coach in person.
The letter
We intend to send one email most mornings. We may skip days, change the rotation, or stop the list. Content may be reused on the site and on YouTube.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the subscriber form, don't submit other people's emails without consent, and don't use the site to break the law.
Liability
The site and emails are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, BJJ Everyday is not liable for training injuries or for delivery failures from your inbox provider.
